Event Manager

Kaseya is a leading global provider of IT infrastructure and security management solutions for Managed Service Providers (MSPs) and internal IT organizations worldwide. Our best-in-class technologies empower organizations to efficiently manage and secure their IT environments, driving sustained business success. At Kaseya, we foster a culture of rapid professional growth, offering diverse opportunities for employees to achieve their personal, financial, and professional goals.

We are seeking a highly organized, creative, and execution-focused Event Manager to join the Kaseya global events team. Reporting to the Senior Event Manager, this role is responsible for delivering large-scale conferences, exhibits, and experiential brand environments that bring the Kaseya story to life through impactful brand moments, community engagement, and sales enablement.

This role supports end-to-end execution across fast-paced, high-complexity programs, managing 300+ concurrent assets, multiple stakeholders, and tight deadlines. Events span customer, and executive audiences, with a focus on scalable experiences, measurable business outcomes, and engaging social programming.

The ideal candidate excels in operational execution and cross-functional coordination, with the ability to translate strategy into high-impact event experiences that strengthen community and brand connection.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead end-to-end planning and execution of global conferences, trade shows, exhibits, and experiential events.
  • Manage integrated timelines, production schedules, and deliverables across multiple concurrent programs.
  • Oversee event logistics including venues, registration, signage, transportation, staffing, and on-site execution.
  • Ensure all event elements align with brand standards and strategic objectives.
  • Manage large-scale branding programs across physical and digital event environments, including signage, print, and installations.

  • Design floor plans, space utilization, and attendee flow to optimize engagement and experience.
  • Curate networking, social programming, and experiential activations that enhance event value.
  • Partner closely with the sponsorship team to develop and execute on-site branding and activation opportunities.
  • Support the creation of incremental revenue streams through integrated sponsor placements across exhibits, digital assets, and activations.
  • Ensure sponsor deliverables are executed seamlessly while maintaining brand integrity and a premium attendee experience.
  • Balance sponsor visibility with overall event design to ensure a cohesive environment.
  • Design and deliver end-to-end attendee journeys across large-scale events, ensuring consistency and alignment with business objectives.
  • Develop structured experiences across multiple audience segments, including VIP, executive, partner, and general attendee programs.
  • Optimize attendee flow, spatial planning, and touchpoint strategy to maximize engagement and experience quality.
  • Implement engagement strategies such as gamification and interactive elements to drive participation.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure tailored, high-value experiences for each audience segment.
  • Support curated attendee gifting and experience enhancements as part of broader event strategy.
  • Use post-event insights to continuously improve attendee experience design.
  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Revenue teams to align events with pipeline generation with onsite activations.
  • Design event experiences that support high-value sales interactions, including executive meetings and customer programs.
  • Develop event-based enablement tools and messaging to support field teams pre-, during, and post-event.
  • Build structured engagement opportunities that drive measurable business outcomes and deal acceleration.
  • Ensure event environments are optimized to facilitate meaningful customer and prospect conversations.
  • Act as central project lead across internal teams, executives, vendors, and external partners.
  • Maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and communication workflows across all deliverables.
  • Manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining precision and accountability.
  • Provide clear and consistent updates to leadership on progress, risks, and performance.
  • Source, negotiate, and manage vendors including production, fabrication, AV, venues, entertainment, and staffing.
  • Develop and manage event budgets with a focus on efficiency and quality.
  • Review contracts, timelines, and invoices to ensure accuracy and alignment.
  • Develop scalable processes and systems to improve execution efficiency and consistency.
