About the Opportunity We are preparing to launch an innovative recruiting and staffing solution designed specifically for Industrial Manufacturing and Owner-Operator small to mid-sized businesses.
As an intern, you will help bring this groundbreaking service to market through digital marketing, content creation, AI-powered media production, and social media campaign execution.
What You'll Do Product Launch & Digital Marketing - Assist in the development and execution of a product launch strategy
- Support multi-channel marketing campaigns across LinkedIn, X, Instagram, and Facebook
- Help create and schedule engaging social media content
- Monitor campaign performance and identify opportunities for increased engagement and brand awareness
AI-Powered Content Creation - Collaborate on the creation of a commercial advertisement utilizing AI technology and Canva
- Leverage emerging AI tools such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, and other innovative platforms
- Assist with video content development, editing, and digital storytelling
- Explore new technologies and recommend creative solutions that enhance campaign effectiveness
Brand Development & Client Engagement - Help communicate the value proposition of service offerings
- Participate in brainstorming sessions focused on customer acquisition and market positioning
- Contribute ideas for lead generation, audience targeting, and digital engagement strategies
Business Operations Exposure - Gain hands-on experience with recruiting, staffing, sales, marketing, and client development initiatives
- Learn how CRM and ATS platforms support customer relationship management and talent acquisition
- Observe and participate in real business meetings and strategy discussions
