At Pavago, one of our clients is hiring a creative and technically capable Website Designer to design, build, and optimize modern, responsive, and conversion-focused websites.
This is not purely a graphic design role. You'll combine UI/UX design with hands-on website implementation, taking projects from wireframes and visual concepts through CMS development, responsive testing, SEO optimization, and ongoing improvements.
You'll work across platforms such as WordPress, Webflow, Shopify, and Squarespace, while using Figma and front-end technologies like HTML and CSS to create polished digital experiences.
If you have a strong eye for design, understand how websites support conversions, and can both design and build, this role is a strong fit.

What Makes You a Strong Fit
What a Typical Day Looks Like
Your day might start by designing a new landing page in Figma or translating an approved design into WordPress or Webflow.
Throughout the day, you could customize layouts using HTML and CSS, optimize website speed and mobile responsiveness, run Lighthouse or PageSpeed audits, test pages across devices and browsers, and implement stakeholder revisions.
You may also support marketing campaigns by launching new pages or troubleshoot CMS, plugin, or formatting issues across existing websites.
In short: you design and build visually polished, responsive, fast, and conversion-focused websites that support both user experience and business growth.
