The Northside Family YMCA is seeking part time friendly individuals with a passion for wellness to work with members as Wellness Coaches. The pay range for this position is $15-$17 per hour based on experience and qualifications. We are looking for individuals who can work Monday & Wednesday opening shifts (5:15-9:00am) and morning shifts (9:00-1:00pm) as well as the afternoon shifts (1:00-5:00pm) on Tuesdays and Thursdays. DUTIES of a Wellness Coach build relationships with members provide equipment orientations conduct fitness evaluations clean equipment assist members on the wellness floor QUALIFICATIONS of a Wellness Coach at least 18 years of age have a high school diploma or GED have current CPR, AED and First Aid certifications If not currently certified, we will certify you! We are eagerly looking for candidates who have a background in wellness.
